Your welcome. There’s always the chance the pick moves up through luck of the ping pong balls, but yeah, I’m not holding much hope for that.

not sure if it's been noted, but damn, G's first goal was like Kane on Leighton, but worse (but not as bad as Staal on Elliott on thursday). i didn't see an angle from his side of the ice, but that was ugly.

Great to see a NY team lose, and be eliminated, and see the Flyers advance at the same time. Mr Sanheim , You keep having stupid/lazy turnovers, you shouldn't see the ice in the playoffs ! I'm not all that impressed with Sanheim to date, after all the things we've heard.

Lundqvist was anticipating a tip by Patrick and was trying to extend his stick to prevent it. Opened himself up and Giroux's saucer pass eluded everything but the net.

Sanheim had one bad turnover -- and later made a good defensove play on the same shift -- in 20 mins of ice time. He was strong overall. Therein lies an issue with how many D-men end up becoming fan whipping boys. Some folks hyper-focus on one or two bad plays or a rough shift or two rather than the overall body of work across all of their shifts.

Out of all the defensive give a ways ....you focus on the rookie and his ? If you don’t want to see Sanheim in the playoffs....don’t watch the Flyers I guess.

I thought the kids played some real solid games since his return. I watch him and his decision making and think to myself....’this kid is starting to get it ‘ ...he’s starting to make those high percentage defensive plays with regularity that he some times got a way from early on....this playoff experience is only going to help.

Ding, ding, ding!

I commented during the first that Sanheim made a great stretch pass to Jake but just needed to bear down a little harder and be stronger on the puck in the D zone. He did exactly that for the rest of the game and played well. There is no way that he should come out of the lineup.
