that doesn't explain the seasons Pacioretty and Price had. or Galchenyuk's first half. this team has a talent issue no question, but guys performing at their standard levels should have been enough for them to at least be in the playoff race.

I think Bergevin may have underestimated how much Karl Alzner sucks.

Or how badly no one on this team could replace a 38 year old Markov on the left side.

A better defense would have helped the offense imo.

Galchenyuk had the same season as usual. he's a 50 pts players. a 2nd liner. don't expect him to do more than that, he doesn't care enough to do more, and is too dumb to be better.

Galchenyuk had the same season as usual. he's a 50 pts players. a 2nd liner. don't expect to do more than that, he doesn't care enough to do more, and is too dumb to be better.
