I'm not going to debate about this any longer bcs it's like pissing in the wind but if you're interested in seeing the difference btn Chiarelli and Lombardi go on wikipedia and look at Lombardi's work with both the sharks and kings and compare his drafting and trades with Chiarelli and what Lombardi actually built and the staff he hired. Of course also look at the time frames. There's a huge difference btn the two and what they stumbled into when they took their jobs.

I get the impression and always have that these guys out little to no work into anything. I hate to use Ho Sang as an example because the kid has some personality issues IMO but they drafted him. It's like they didn't want to be bothered with developing the kid. You can say the same for Pulock I'm the beginning of the season, Nino, etc. It's a total (frank)ing gong show.

Not to be a douche (haha)but what are you basing this on? None of us really know what Fitzgerald's legitimate role is besides his title and maybe a couple things he got some credit for. Let's not forget Shero was another old, has been that didn't understand the "new NHL" a couple years ago now he's the GM of a team that's surprising and has an excellent foundation. Don't get me wrong I'm not blasting you for your opinion i just think it's (frank)ing stupid.
