put mcdavid at 4th and we have a list. connor mcdavid is getting the (frank)ing golden boy treatment. just cuz he is sooo good everyone takes him winning everything for granted. mcdavid shouldn't win the hart this year. MacKKinnon or Hall. if one of those 2 doesn't win it the award is a travesty and should just get retired. I could accept kucherov too.

Why shouldn't McDavid win it though?

Because he will win the Most Outstanding Player award voted on by the players. (Lester Pearson is it?). I believe that should be the MVP Award, not some watered down award voted on by the media.

2. An MVP should make the players around him better. Crosby and Malkin have always done that with whoever happens to be playing with them.

3. Yes. It is a fact. He is averaging about .4 PPG more after the all-star break when they were already done.

Great player putting up a great statistical season but not an MVP by any stretch.
