Simply untrue. Grubauer shut down the Pens PP. The Pens got many quality chances on the PP. 15 Shots on the PP. That's not a good PK.

If you watch his whole game and leave out the goals scored...you would think the pens won.

You can see how pissed the coaches are at the calls this game..its been effing brutal despite the 5pps for the pens.

Ok. I think if a team gets 2 5x3 chances & doesn't score in either, then they were dominated in the PP's. I'm not saying the cAps dominated the Pens game wise but I will say that the Caps were the better team. Losing Beagle also adds to the win for them in my opinion.

pens werent tremendous at even strength, but played well on the powerplay. couple posts, great tending by grub. stinks but its what it was.

still largely uneven at even strength, but they didnt get run out of the barn. murray also needed to be better.
