Meh, waving to the crowd is nice, perhaps at the end of the season, or even if they get eliminated at home, but besides that... They can be involved in the community, the waiving part is just aesthetics.

I don't care if they didn't write a letter either, but management does need to be more transparent with the fans, that's for sure
