I don't understand why the TV personalities all have to hate the Maple Leafs.. Yet, Joe Bowen, who is one of the biggest Leaf-homers is on the radio.. I can't stand Romanuk or Millen on SportsNet.. Hughson on CBC is just as bad, if not worse.

Bowen wasn't even wrong either lol. He told it as it is. Leafs are legit a good team.

Too many guys on tv hate seeing them win. If the Leafs won the cup I'd laugh as they'd have to be positive but I'm sure the story coming out of their mouth would be "they got some lucky bounces"

I was listening to Zeisberger being interviewed on the radio this morning.

According to him, the radio feed for Nashville last night was saying that the 1st period was the worst they have seen the Preds be dominated this year - that the Preds simply couldn't match the Leafs' speed.

I like the TSN analysts, at least they show some excitement when the Leafs do something good.. Unlike, the SportsNet crew.

I'd say "GOOD!" because that would imply they are being slept on but unfortunately it's just blowhards in the media/fan bases and not the other actual teams. Same thing for the Raptors.

A few weeks ago, Dennis Beyak did a Leafs TV game, not sure what channel it was on. He was very good, used to like him on radio. Far better than the Romaniac.

Was last year. Might as well be this year.

Had to listen to the end of the game last night on the radio. Bowen was saying he'd rather see the young Leafs NOT get home ice advantage. His point that starting on the road would be better because if they get in a position to win the series, they'd be much better trying to lock it down with high pressure at home as opposed to on the road.

Heard the same thing time and time again with the Sens many years ago, when they would fizzle out often in the playoffs. Too much pressure, and all that.

I Don't buy it. Finish as high as possible, and go from there.

Fans always think announcers are biased against their team. You guys need to get a grip.
