Depending on where you draw the line for the next generation, I think there's already a pretty substantial counter-culture movement surrounding free speech, right to expression and not using the rule of law to dictate speech. Guys like Jordan Petterson are galvanizing significant numbers of young people against the cause of the regressive portion of the left.
