I'm with you. Hagg hasn't broken in as a rookie with sheltered ice time. He's done a lot of heavy lifting for this team as a rookie and that needs to be taken into consideration.

I am more pleasantly surprised by Hagg's rookie year than Provorov's.

Yup. I think when we have a more balanced defense and it's more evenly distributed those d zone starts he can contribute a few more points although I don't think he will ever be an offensive catalyst. People who call him vanilla or boring simply don't understand the game of hockey in my opinion. They clearly only put a value on scoring.

Interesting comment. But I have to agree, honestly. I had minimal expectations for Hagg, where Provorov was a lot of hype, obviously. Nice thought.

When it comes to overall performance this season, Hagg has clearly outperformed Gudas and Manning.

Konecny does such an amazing job at creating space for himself in the offensive zone. Soon enough he'll develop his pro game into creating chances with that space.

so disappointed in Gudas. He really was unsung last year in the transition game. He's been just abysmal across the board this year.

Yup, IMO he’s been the Flyers biggest disappointment this season by far.

This team has to lead the league in shots that miss the net. Absolutely absurd.

yup and he hasn't been able to get shots through this year like he had the previous 2. That was a good part to his game he didn't score a lot but he got pucks to the net.
