Can somebody beat the (frank)ing Blues please.

Dallas has fallen off a cliff. I don't think it'll go lower than 13

If that is true, I don't agree with it as long as it is not a physical issue, but I'm not upset about it.

Neither am I. Isaac said he believes it might be injury related.

That's fine, especially if Hagg is gimpy.

With the next three games being visits to Pit, Dallas and Colorado, tonight is close to being a must win game (unless NJ is going to fold like a deck of cards). No excuses for coming out flat against a Rags team with nothing but pride to play for.

I was worried for a second that they'd sit Manning for more than 2 games at a time.

I thought it should of been gudas unless of course it really is an injury. But after their first game together gudas hagg been horrible. If everybody gudas plays with is a horrible pairing at some point you have to recognize who the issue is...

I thought the same thing about the Detroit game. Very disappointing.

Gudas has not had a great season but I would keep him in.

I'd say that since the Flyers are going up against a backup to a backup, they'll get shutout.

However, since they laid an egg on Tuesday and let a valuable point slip away, I see at least a 45 minute effort tonight.

Good to see Manning back in for his 200th NHL game. Hagg doesn't really bring anything more to the party than Manning other than hits. I still say Gudas has been the worst of all of them the past couple of months, but everyone likes to blame Manning for Gudas' bad play. Wrong.

All of that being said, I don't think a swap of #6 D-men is going to make or break us against the Rangers. We need to come out strong and score at least 2 in the first period and not look back.

Flyers say Wayne Simmonds had maintenance day this morning. Defenseman Robert Hagg a healthy scratch based on play vs. Detroit. Alex Lyon starts in goal

I agree coming out strong is a bigger issue and will have far more of an impact on the outcome. In my opinion Hagg is a better defender in his own end than Manning is.

Ask and you shall receive. The problem is I’ve got nothing to say about the game really you guys are going to the playoffs the rags to the golf course. But if you get beat by a third string goalie and a team with half an ahl lineup and two or three guys that don’t belong in the nhl I might be back at some point tonight.

In a row? Or will the 15 crappy minutes be spaced out to match up perfectly with Ranger good fortune?

I disagree with all of this, aside that it will be Manning's 200th NHL game.

I could have sworn earlier in the season it was the Rags going to the playoffs and the Flyers on the golf course...
