I’d like to see the Bills move into 6 (Indy) or 7 (Bucs) as another piece to the puzzle of moving up to get...you guessed it, Baker Mayfield.

6 is worth 1,600 points, while 7 is 1,500 according to JimmyJohn’s Vale Chart.
Bill’s 22nd is worth 780
This leaves a gap of 820 or 720 to close.

Shaq Lawson was the 19th pick in 2016...a value of 875...probably have to discount that somewhat...say 20%?...making him worth say 700sh...brings that package to 1480...pretty, pretty close. Both teams need D, could appeal to them.

Does anyone have Beane’s phone number or email?

The 6/7th and 12 should get you into 2 or damn near close as it is 2,800/2,700 points with the 2nd valued at 2,600. May need to add the Bills 3rd worth an extra 116 to fully pay for the premium.

You would have to get the second overall pick because the Jets are picking him

The Jets paid about 2940 to get to 3 (value of 2200), the Giants aren't moving from 2 unless its a massive over pay.

Because 99 times out of 100 .... you can't play in this league if you are under 6'2" or so.

And Q might get fired for what’s going on in Chicago
Should be the GM though
He’s the one that Fd them

Proof that no matter how good your “core” is,
you still need a supporting cast

Kane, Toews & co. don’t suddenly suck

How many years was Pitt just squeaking by bc Crosby & Malkin had a mediocre team around them?

- jdfitz77

their defense is horrendous. seabrook and keith are not top d men anymore but they are paid like them. that is the bigger issue

Glad you gree with me in getting to 2.
A viable plan was laid out to do so.

He is about the only guy I don't want to see in the AFC East except for the Bills.

I hear ya.
Bill's finally have the capital to do so this year.
Bill's will have a sh!t ton of cap space available next year.

Be bold and go get the guy they want.
As it stands now looks like QBs will go
1, 3, 5...and could be Darnold, Rosen Mayfield/Allen in some order.

Recent reports sayGiants want one of Chubb, Barkley or Nelson...not a QB.

If the Bill's get to 6 or 7 as I proposed earlier from 22 and they send say 6 and 12 +..then Giants could get one of their reported 3 targets at 6, as QBs go 1, 2, 3, 5

Why not wait until the draft?

See how the draft flows, before giving up a ton of assests.
Unless the bills move to #1 .

What if some of these teams 1-7 want non qbs?

The risk of waiting is they lose control.
They need to move IF and only IF they have identified their guy as 1 of those 4. If they don't value my highly, then they don't move.

It is possible for other teams who may value one of them highly, for them to move up...Denver, Arizonia, Miami are few who are rumored to have intrest.

I have identified my guy, hence why I am pushing for them to move up in this debate.

And our luck they will be in the playoffs we played that game with the chefs

We have so many draft picks you have to use them this year to get a QB
