as compared to previous expansion teams yes. but the way it was done previously was stupid. it makes no sense to have an expansion team in a brand new market be historically bad with no hope for its initial few years.

I give them alot of credit, they don't have any superstar, couple of good players but who would have said that they would get a PPG season out of David Perron 4 teams in the last 4 seasons and Jo Marchessault
