I like:

Miller/Stammer/Kuch
Killorn/Point/Gourde
Palat/Johnson/Erne
Kunitz/Paquette/Cally

- TBolts4

Since the Stamkos/Kucherov duo has had a rotating cast of left wings, I would try Palat on that line, just to see what happens.

Miller seems to be clicking with them though.....so I would put Palat on the 2nd line and bump Killorn to the 3rd line. Palat is a lot more consistent than Killorn and has better hands.

They got a bit complacent the past 2-3 games. Didn't look like I was watching the same team. They'll get back into the swing of things.

Miller Stamkos Kucherov
Palat Point Gourde
Killorn Johnson Erne
Callahan Cirelli Kunitz

I like this 2nd line as shut down, + the forechecking and speed would be relentless , also plenty of scoring touch here.

I would prefer to see 11-7 formation, removing cirelli and rolling the 3 centers / kucherov, and adding in some more mobile options on D (koekkoek)

Hedman McDonagh
Stralman Sergachev

i like keeping stralman / sergachev together. This will keep sergachev most comfortable + reliable in playoffs as a young guy.

and quite honestly i'd like to see a Dotchin Koekkoek pairing these last 10 games as the 3rd pair and see girardi as our 7th. Or see girardi with dotchin / koekkoek on the 3rd ad keep one of the two young guys as a 7th. Too bad this wasn't done earlier because it would look pretty good now IF it worked. Coburn and sustr can (frank)ing watch.

I do not want to see a 11-7 formation come playoff time! Only defenders I have faith in is Hedman, Stralman, McDonagh and Girardi. I want Hedman and McDonagh to skate 30 min a game. Stralman 25 and Girardi 20. I Don't care who skates the remaining 15 available minutes as long as they are accompanied by Hedman, McDonagh or Stralman!

I do love the idea of having a shutdown line of Gourde, Point and Palat but if we go up against Pitt who spreads out their stars then we may have to split them up.

i do, i find we play way better with 11-7.
lines for tonight are pretty much what i'd like to see, except gourde and johnson were flipped. they are:

miller stamkos kucherov
palat point johnson
killorn gourde erne
kunitz cirelli callahan

just for anyone who hasn't seen them yet

i don't have much faith in girardi defending the rush. he is too slow. stralman is a smooth skater and is wicked at positioning his body to not get beat, hedman and mcdonagh the same. i would rather see sergachev in the top 4 roll than girardi
