Ryan Grant's four-year, $29 million contract with the Ravens has been voided after he failed his physical, sending him back to free agency.

So the Ravens get lucky and they get Crabtree instead

McDavid’s goals aren’t trailing in wins...
so they don’t matter

- jdfitz77

Yes they are.

They’ve won 30 games this year, many directly because of McDavid’s production.

This isn’t a good comparison.

Honestly, even though I'm obligated to hate the Sabres (being a Leafs fan), looking at the current standings, Buffalo is one of the teams I'd rather win the lottery.

It's funny that a lot of Canadian hockey fans seem to hate the other Canadian teams most of all.

I really don't want Ottawa, Montreal, or Edmonton to win. Vancouver...meh, I guess they are far enough away I don't hate them too much. And considering how (frank)ed up Arizona is, I really don't want them to get Dahlin either. (frank) Bettman and his little pet project.

You guys have suffered enough recently, kinda like T.O. You can say the same about the Oilers, but with Chia at the helm they're beyond saving imo.

When was the last time both teams were actually good together ? It's like a rare eclipse it seems.

"We all know that corticosteroids (steroids), both inhaled and oral have unwanted side effects. One of the side effects that in my experience asthma patients aren’t aware of is the possibility of weakened/brittle bones. When people think of brittle bones, they often think of the elderly. While it is definitely more common for the elderly to have brittle bones, asthmatics who have been on long term inhaled/oral corticosteroids are at risk as well.
Corticosteroids have a major effect on the metabolism of calcium which can lead to bone loss, osteopenia, osteoporosis and broken bones. They both suppress bone formation and promote resorption. While oral steroids are more likely to cause these bone loss issues, inhaled steroids over time in high doses can also lead to bone loss."

"What effects do steroids have on bone?

Steroid medications have major effects on the metabolism of calcium, vitamin D, and bone. This can lead to bone loss, osteoporosis, and broken bones. When steroid medications are taken for more 3 months, bone loss can happen rapidly. It is important to know that not all people who take steroid medications lose bone. There are different rates of bone loss among individuals taking steroid medications. The exact reasons for these differences are unknown but probably include differences in the steroid dose, the effect of certain underlying disease on bone loss, and perhaps some people are genetically more susceptible to the effects of steroid medications. Yeah, rivalries are always more entertaining when both teams are good.

I bet the players themselves would love a playoff series between Toronto and Buffalo. If nothing else, they'd love it simply because of the extremely easy travel between arenas.

Honestly Gerbe.

I'd bet 70-90% of all NFL players are/have/were using some sort of enhancers.
