It’s a bad pairing, both players are awful with the puck on their stick and both back in way too much. Hägg does a few things well, but I think he quickly gets passed by Sanheim, Morin and Myers on the depth chart. If they need to move a young Dman in a deal this offseason, he’s the guy I’d move

I long for the day era when the Pens benefits from being on welfare for so many years (the annual tanking and correlated number one or two pick overall) end and we annihilate them game after game. Myers has to prove he can stay healthy. Morin seems to be in the same boat lately, and Sanheim needs to gain strength. I would drop Manning, MacDonald and Gudas before Hägg.
