Not sure anything has happened to him. He's the same dude. Useful if he's in the top six (specifically top line with sid) but pretty much not suited for one of the bottom lines.

Whether through linemates or other reason, he's just not shooting as much as last season either. The coach's trust may be an issue as his TOI has trended downward the last few games.

In short he's a Hobbit.

Agreed with most of this, but as bad as they were it was compounded by horribly one-sided officiating. By no means am I blaming it ALL on the refs but like Keanu Reeves said in The Replacements, “Quicksand”.
