It's not a full tear down. It looks really bad right now, but there is a foundation to build on if they shed some dead weight, Guhle steps in, and Nylander develops, they'd be OK.

Nelson's not physical but did you notice that play he had on the PP by tying up the stick? That's solid right there.

Maybe it makes up for his poor positioning on the first play or miscommunication with the forward leaving Conacher open.

Those vets are teaching those kids something. It's about building a culture. Inexperienced players typically can't do that.

So bring more young kids in, keep the vets, let them keep developing them.
