Vegas has a few good players, but mostly a bunch of castoffs. And they're leading the (frank)ing league. Because of the way that they're coached. Because every player has bought in.

Absolutely.

I will never argue that this team is vastly underachieving. They have bad players. But they also have talent that don't buy in. Imagine the storyline if everyone bought in every game. Not saying we're in the playoffs, but I bet we're sure as poop not in (frank)ing second last.
