Maybe I'm confused but, all of November and December homie kept saying that Kane was getting extended. As well as he was our best player, eichel is CLANK, and Kane should have been the sabres all star representative.

None of which made any sense to me.

I even suggested that the pegulas didn't like him and that there was no way they would extend Kane. He's has issues and isn't even a great player.

Now homie just found out jbotts wasn't allowed to extend him? Last summer?

If he's not with the big club next year, I'm not sure what there is to look forward to in '18-'19. Botts is gonna do this slow and steady. No quick Murray fixes. I think Homie is right; the plan is to be good in 2 years
