I get that . But assumptions are just that and too many on here take it as fact . I take players as a hockey player . don't care what he does off the ice . That's his personal life. Just like mine . My work doesn't interfere in it . None of their business unless i break the law and then they handle it based on outlined documented steps .. Not by fans and media.

Evander Kane is a great guy - I googled it and his missteps seamed completely unbelievable.

Met pat Kane at the old putt putt on Sheridan. He gave my son a bunch of tickets to turn in for prizes . Seamed like a nice guy. Public persona and what goes on behind closed doors are two different things.

It's very fleeting in some cases. Imagine for a minute we are die-hard Sens fans and the joy last year must have been for them ............ then the anticipation of THIS year during the off-season .......... then this sheitshow happens.

i dont think your personal life, even crimes committed, should effect your job unless you miss significant time due to conviction or incarceration or of course, if it happened at your job

I just don't get why we have seen exactly ZERO improvement on this roster. I mean i get that he is a rookie coach...but at this point in the season should we even a tiny bit of progress?

He's also VERY lucky this didn't happen recently with all that Hollywood/metoo going on. Things would have ended up very different for him.
