Well Kane is still in play as a UFA because there is a conditional 4th from SJ if they resign him. The conditional 1st is lotto protected. So Sabers got something for him not to walk.

JB is on that come July 1st and it only costs $ to add a protector that can play wing for young prospects like EP and Gaudette or better even protect young star Boeser while able to contribute.
