Vanek = glue
Guddy = intangibles + toughness
Daniel = contract year + leadership
Boeser = flash in the pan
Archi = the new DD
Edler = Markstrom's backup next year
Stecher = trade fodder since the Sedins don't like him

In all seriousness, I think the Canucks need some more moves past just selling Vanek. I feel like JB did part one of the rebuild in allowing the team to suck enough to actually rebuild.
