Was listening to jack Edwards Bostons play by play, and he was saying Boston matches up better against Tampa then the leafs. Said the leafs depth is scary. |

Is the UG soap opera over yet?
The Plekanec deal was a good deal for the Leafs, he is going to be our 4th line C, and frankly, he is over-qualified to be a 4th line..
We don't know how long Matthews is out for, but once he is back, we can roll with;
Matthews
Kadri
Bozak
Plekanec
It's obvious Babcock doesn't trust Moore, as he does not play him late in close games. Now, we got a decent shutdown/checking center, that frees up Kadri and Matthews from having to go up against other teams top lines, which is an added bonus
Our 4th line is Kapanen - Plekanec - Komarov.. That is nice too have |

Toronto’s best player suffered a second-degree shoulder separation on Thursday night and could be out up to four weeks.
Still not a definitive date but I would think the leafs take close to 4 weeks to make sure he is healed for playoffs. |
