Terrible GM with bad picks and bad player development. But the talent was right there, just waiting to be picked. Better off giving your scouts more picks than less picks, that's for sure.

I think that pressure is coming from Babcock more than anywhere else but they're going to really have to make their picks count now because this team still needs upgrades and hopefully they come from within.
