Meh I like the deal, hard to like a Canadien, however he'll be a good pickup if one of the centres goes down.

Paid more in assets to save more cap space. There's another move coming. Let's wait and see the whole picture.

Wonder if the Rangers would make a JVR for McDonagh deal and flip JVR to capitalize on the high prices for rental wingers.

Problem is people see 2nd round pick and assume its a top line player. Once the draft is over theyll see the 2nd round pick for the matt finn, brad ross and kenny ryan that it really is.
