He's proven he can not adjust in game, he's awful at deploying the right players, he does not fit with a rebuild and a youth turnover, I'd go Sheldon Keefe and build a new foundation |

I think so, and this is one I can’t even see the other side of it —the its not a good deal for the Rangers side. I also totally get why Boston did the deal, so not saying it’s a junk deal for them. If you want to go for it, which they should, sometimes you need to pay up.

**Allow kids to make mistakes w/out fear of being put on 4th line.

Well, I’m a believer in the good coaches go stale theory and AV is a good coach. Wonder how that applies if a significant portion of the team is different.

You make some excellent points and i agree to a certain extent that he definitely has his faults as a coach. I’m not sitting here and saying he is Scotty Bowman. All I’m saying is that the Pros severely outweighs the Cons in my opinion. We don’t know what happens in that locker room but i know for a fact he is respected and I love the style of Hockey he implements. |
