Also now that the buzz of the trade has worn off, the realization we are in for 5 months of nothing is starting to hit me |

Vin my brotha take a step back for a second. We are taking about a rental in Nash who just fetched us a 1st, Solid DEFENSIVE prospect which we need, and I honestly love Spooners game. Beleskey i could careless about. You gotta love this trade man just gotta. For all we know Nash could be back after the season. Dude you have trashed Nash so much in the playoffs of him being a nonperformer and then you go back and say Gorton got fleeced on this deal. You’re crazy Vin. Huge win for the Rangers idc what anyone else says. - adwolf130
Also, Beleskey likely will pass through waivers and get sent down to AHL if needed. That means half the cap can be buried, making net impact about 950K in dead cap space.
I wanted higher level assets, but like Spooner's game a lot. Granted, he played with higher end offensive talent in Boston, but put him on the third line with Miller and a solid winger, and that's pretty darn good trio. Spooner also could get moved. Next 28 hours will still be crazy. |

Does Winnipeg have interest in Zucc? That's a question that intrigues me, they have been actively talking and missing out, where do they turn next? - KreiderBomb

I would take the last pick in the entire draft and call it a win. |

Mcdonagh to FLA
Borgsstrom, Tippet and a lotter protected 1st round pick to NYR.
- tomburton99
No way after seeing this that Gorton could ever get that deal.......pipe dream, it's gonna be Hawryluk, a 1st, maybe another pick and another B level prospect, I'm convinced of that |

"Future Considerations" - JRR1285
So now the big question. Is the coaching staff gone after the exit interviews? With all these new players pics etc. I can't imagine letting this staff stay. |

I agree i don’t see what the issue is with that especially with the cap expected to rise a significant amount. |
