All I said was a trade proposal. Based off trades that the league has done, more or less, in it's past -- though it's rare when a Karlsson gets moved, there are still trend lines that you can look for.

I was accused of not "understanding the cap" -- when anybody looking for two seconds could see that the Flyers could do next season. Because that's what I did before posting it.

It was called "flat-out absurd." OK. That's an opinion. But that's just a hot take based on the fact that we root for the Flyers.

Travis Sanheim is a good, young player. I didn't say move him for a sack of garbage. Erik Karlsson has two Norris trophies and is younger than Giroux and Voracek.

Myers has never played an NHL game. The STL pick is great to have, but they already cashed in one for Morgan Frost. Are you really going to lose sleep if they moved that pick?

I also said the Flyers first in 2019. So you still have your first in this year's draft. You picked Patrick and Frost last draft, plus Ratcliffe with a high second.

It's not some outlandish offer. Sanheim is clearly a credible prospect. Myers has potential, but no one knows if he makes it or not. Acceptable risk. The STL pick, which we didn't even have 10 months ago. And a 2019 pick.

I also mentioned TK -- but that's something I said I would consider. The words I used specifically was "Maybe I would."

I wouldn't have said it if Karlsson were in his 30s, or if it was Ghost or Provorov.

It's not that crazy an offer -- StayInTheNet sees it. It's not as if I was saying trade Patrick or Lindblom, for gosh sakes
