Yeah, he plays tough and physical for sure.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen him drop the gloves, but just judging on his character and the way he plays, I don’t think it has necessarily has anything to Do with being too shy to do so. - HB77
He's dropped the gloves a couple times to stick up for teammates but I wouldn't say he actively goes looking to fight |

You know you want him. All it’ll cost you is Sheary. We’ll give Vegas the 3rd from the Davidson trade to eat the salary. |

U mean just accept that the team was gutted and even the future is a question mark now?
I mean sure, if you’re saying Fuk it and just accept it, that’s cool.
But yeah, personally, watching hall destroy it and thinking wherr my fav team should be pisses me off and I don’t want just accept it. At least until pc is fired - HB77
Seriously? Future is a question mark now? Wtf dude we have Mcdavid |

Yea I know this season has been miserably disgusting, but calling our future a question mark now? We’ve got 2 elite centres down the middle who wouldn’t want that? Nurse coming into his own. We just need to firgure out these wingers. What killed us is our special teams this year🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 |

We’ve got 2 elite centres now . Both having good seasons.
And nurse playing well now.
And we’re in 26th place.
U talk like “just figuring out the wingers” is foregone.
We don’t have many assets and are cap strapped, and our gm has lost every major trade he’s made. Our only real way out with high end talent is assuming puju and yam turn into true bonafide scorers. Neither are sure things.
Now it’s possible we improve through some shrewd signings, but don’t think for a second that’ll be easy with the cap issues we have.
Looking at everything, the only rational conclusion is that chiarelli has not only put a flawed product on the ice now, even the future is a total question mark. And elite contender is way off.
Aside from your entire flawed argument based on assumptions and conjecture, you also felt the same way about this season while a small group of people were able to identify huge potential problems. And you were wrong. Very wrong |

Trust me when I say I'm not all doom and gloom; there's a few really simple fixes that'll solve most of what ails the team. I just don't think this management team or coaching staff have the wherewithal to make the necessary adjustments. |

I don't think he understands hockey is a team sport, spends most his time watching golf and tennis.
Plus I love the fact that the year he picked in his name is the same one the glorious Calgary Flames won the Stanley Cup. |

But but but we’ve got Connor mcdavid !!
Yeah I know. Dude is all world. Probably the best player I’ve ever seen. And we’re still a bottom feeder. That’s how bad we are right now.

I don't know about "a few really simple fixes" but yes, a competent management team would do you wonders.
Your centre depth is excellent, a true 1-2-3 up the middle as good as anybodys in the league.
Your wingers are average at best.
You've got 4x #3-4 defencemen, and whatever's left.
And a good starting goaltender.
You need to add three top 6 wingers and 2 top pairing defencemen and your back in the race for the most part.
If 5 really good players is a "few" to you, it's "more than a few" to me.
Can be done, but not with Chia. |

Way below average. League worst In scoring I think
You've got 4x #3-4 defencemen, and whatever's left.
I think we could really use a true stud top pairing guy. I’d kill for an Oel type. And I’d dangle Oscar and our first to get it. But with a bounce back from Oscar and sekera, there’s a chance we could be adequate again like we were in 2016. Basically saying it’s gonna be tough to do, so there might be a way we can be competitive without getting one .
And a good starting goaltender.
You need to add three top 6 wingers and 2 top pairing defencemen and your back in the race for the most part.
Personally I think some moves around the roster could do it.
-A bonafide scoring top 6 winger. A really good one. Our biggest need imo. And it’s gonna be tough to get with our dearth of assets.
-A couple of guys with Some speed and two way play in our bottom 6 (maybe one of em a middle 6 tweener)
- a top pairing defender
If 5 really good players is a "few" to you, it's "more than a few" to me.
