I think the Flyers should move Laughton up in the line up, trade Filppula for anything and trade for Luke Glendening. I think he could finally get this fourth line under control at center. Gritty. Very, very good faceoff guy.

Lotsa chances and no goals. Hopefully it doesn't come back to bite them in the caboose. Refs calling ticky tacky and then not the Ghost power move trip. Fun times.

Lindblom does a great job protecting the puck in tight, kid is friggin strong. Would really love to see what he could do with Jake and Patrick, that line could be a beast down low.

I certainly agree with the traffic but the Flyers played a real strong period there. Held Columbus to two shots on net.

Yeah Flyers were all business. Not finishing is sort of snowballing from the Habs game. Goals generally tend to be tougher to come by this time of year but hopefully they don't start gripping their sticks too tightly.

Understand where you’re coming from but they’re not trading Filppula, the coaches and his teammates just respect him too much. I would like to see Laughton get a bit more time though.

In Filppula’s defense, he had a pretty solid 1st period, as did Lehterä. Weise, as usual, was invisible.

Eh..dunno..I was at the Habs game..
Price had a lot to do with those saves also.

Other than its a Philly forum not sure how the gripping sticks too tight is a worry coming off a 3 goal game..
