Soo apparently on the 31 Thoughts Podcast yesterday(haven't listened to it yet just saw something on twitter) Elliotte Friedman talked about Hexy looking at Sam Reinhart with Buf interested in Morin/Sanheim. What do you guys think about that?

Ehh... I doubt Buffalo would make that move without a real nice return and hes a Center, the one position we absolutely dont need right now. Give me a solid depth d man and maybe a depth bottom 6 forward and see where it goes.

Speaking of dumb, Manning is a player who has worked his way up from the AHL to the NHL and has been in the NHL for 3 years. That makes him actually good at hockey.

You can have any opinion you want of fighting it still doesn't change that Manning should be respected for how he stands up on the ice.

I'm eager to see the returns. The first big piece to fall will set the market and let us know if its worth buying. Arizona has said all along they won't trade oel at deadline they are going to attempt to get him an extension and if they can't probably trade him at the draft.

They have been flipping him between center and wing he's a lot like galchenyuck with Montreal where they can't figure out where they want him. Except he doesn't have a 30 goal season to his name. His stats are pretty mediocre but I think he has a lot of potential with a better team

If a top-pair defenseman is the hardest commodity to find in the NHL, I see no reason why you wouldn't want to have 2 of them, as long as you don't open a huge hole at other positions.
