You understood my point, with all the "lawyer's" details to back it up, which are the key to why Karlsson is out of Yzerman's price range in all means, including with whom they are likely unwilling to depart with, beginning for one with Segachev.
The bigger issue for us is if Gorton and Company see it that way, and do not trade McDonagh for lower than they expected in return, since they are not in a desperate means to do so at this time.
