I wanted to go there for our honeymoon but the flights would be as much as we spent on our whole honeymoon. Still trying to figure it out.

Dubai I have heard similar things about but I am still intrigued.

Then that solves that. Tony D can play right wing or something.

I picture hank on the bench tonight twitching and flailing his arms like a lunatic out of force of habit. Poor guy

I love how the first few days they are making leaf bras and panties, and then about 5 days after no food people are all spread eagle and crapping next each other.

It is so great.

I like it so much because the people look like they are in such genuine distress. I usually hate reality shows.

Don't think so. Isn't Carey hurt, Kreider still not ready?
- tomburton99

Is Kreider staying in NY or traveling with the team? I know he's due back Saturday, he could probably suit up tonight and play limited minutes.

Oh, our honeymoon already happened. We went to Mexico which was great. I meant we are still trying to figure out going to Maldives at a later time.

Don't go (to Dubai). The guy from the other couple I know said it was just awful. They didn't let him into a restaurant because he was wearing sneakers, so he tried to go buy a pair of dress shoes and the cheapest pair he could find was like $800

He said the Maldives were pretty cheap, but the airfare is the kicker. I can't recall but I think he said he spent like $1,500 each on flights.

I like when they put a really fit person with a slob. Seriously though, If I was going on that show I would be pounding McDonalds for a month.

I feel so bad for him from a competitive standpoint. But he can go home and sleep on his bed of money.

That's the problem and that even sounds cheap from what I remember seeing. The resort itself is affordable.

I feel like the Rangers are getting a second fro Grabner at best (In terms of the pick) and we are all going to be let down. Maybe a prospect too, but not a 1st round pick.

My buddy did Aruba for his honeymoon, he said it was great. He did 14 days there though

Thailand looks cool too. I'd like to see that part of the world at some point. My cousin and her husband are on their honeymoon in the Maldives right now. They started off in Dubai...which is exactly the same thing another couple I know did. Said Dubai is the absolute worst place in the world unless you're a billionaire.

- eichiefs9

My buddy had 10 days in Aruba for his honeymoon and loved it.

Other friend has had to work in Dubai a few times and said the same thing. He got stink eye while walking through the mall in his work clothes, so went into the Rolex store just to rub their noses in it.

I think Dreger (or whoever it was) maybe got us used to that possibility earlier in the week. But, I still have a feeling its going to be a good return.

Yeah based on the first-hand account I've heard it just sounds like a giant epicenter of opulence where the mega-rich Arabs coming from (frank)-you-oil-money go to show off how much money they have.

Here me out. Maybe go trade Grabner to the Flyers. Take back on of Weise or Read aand make the Flyers pay up in terms of on of their good prospect. An idea, 99% it won't happen though.
- tomburton99

Cap to be $78-82 mil next year, this will depend on how quickly Rangers think they can or want to contend. Plus, are they buying out Smith or Staal whole already carrying dead cap space for Girardi but out. But possibility.

I am going on record now as saying that the Rangers will end up signing Tyler Seguin when his contract is up after next season.

It is unique in the fact that while these people have an obvious way out, they are in genuinely dangerous situations. They get violently ill, parasites, physical injuries, and have to deal with extreme weather often. It is (frank)ing fantastic.
