Quite the opposite, I am an ocean-rat. I grew up surfing so there isn't much about the ocean or swimming in it that bothers me.

Also, I'm half-kidding about Tulum. I know a few people that have been and it does look gorgeous. I'm just not into the yoga-y kinda scene. We almost did Aruba, but we were planning on short notice. Truthfully, any Caribbean/South/Central American kinda place with a beach is basically all the same to me. I'm just putting up with it now so the next trip can be somewhere that I really want to go.

Thailand looks cool too. I'd like to see that part of the world at some point. My cousin and her husband are on their honeymoon in the Maldives right now. They started off in Dubai...which is exactly the same thing another couple I know did. Said Dubai is the absolute worst place in the world unless you're a billionaire.
