Yep - tossup but who would want Tanev the most Tampa because their defence is a little suspect after 1st pair. Sergachev was even benched because he's inconsistent like most rookies. Tam could also want Karlsson but have a big prospect pipeline almost ready to play in the NHL plus young pieces Ott might want in a cap dump for them.

You give something a 'percentage of likelihood' only if it happens numerous times. Like, a rocket has a 75% chance of misfiring on takeoff. Meaning 3 out of 4 times the rocket will not take off.

How the (frank) can you apply that rule to something that only happens once?
