He knows there is problems. How do you go about fixing them when you are in draft and develop approach? (aka a rebuild). Have to give time to allow the prospects to develop. If you want the D to get better faster, you're giving up draft picks or making trades. Either way it's exactly the opposite of what everyone wants.

Not all his goals have been scored against the Coyotes. Majority have been scored within 5' of the blue paint though. Draft his brother.

I would bet thinks he has Tanev Edler Gudbrandson for the next three years with OJ coming soon. Yes he will extend Edler for three years. Then he has Stecher and Pouliot as young guys and Holm Chatfield Brisebois pushing . He also drafted a few last year.

We don't agree with him but I don't think he is in panic mode at all.
