Odds are that Lilgren never cracks a top 4. I would not trade a proven top 4 defencemen with a good contract for anything less then a first plus a top defensive contract. Keep in mind the 1st will be in the 20s and those mid round defencemen arn't 100 percent to make the NHL no matter how good they look in the minors.
