"Toronto could still win a series against Boston or Tampa based on their goaltending and offense without one or both veteran forwards" -Mike in Barfalo

totally unpossible.
The Leafs are going to be too tired, having to play 19 games in the next 46 days. Plus Andersen is gonna forget how to play goalie because he may or may not face a lot of shots in however many games he still has to start.
He's play well down there; I mean honestly, besides faceoffs, is Moore an upgrade over him? - gravyface
My question too. What does Moore do really well for us at this point? Not a good setup man. Not strong on face-offs. No great skill on killing penalties. This is the area we need to trade for. Kappy doesn't stand a hope in heck with Moore on his line. We need 4th line goals in the play-offs. Not minute munchers.

Exactly this. His defensive game this season is exactly the same as it's always been. He's just not getting bailed out by his teammates.
The only difference in his game this season from seasons past is that he isn't one of the best offensive D-men in the league right now. - GreatGigInTheSky
Then do we really want him? I mean, for the money you would have to pay and the assets you would have to give up?

41 points in 53 games. he's not that far off his usual pace.
i think the sens are just garbage and have hit rock bottom. kinda like kessel's last year here. that last year was just a slight down year that he recovered from. karrlson should do the same.
