Unless yo are law enforcement or military on active duty; just make all guns illegal. The "Right to bear arms" amendment in the Constitution needs to be ratified. After-all, it was written back in the 1700's where it took you a half an hour to load one pellet into your rifle. Times have changed. The Constitution needs to do so, as well.

Make all guns illegal?? Are you fricken retarded!!? Stop being dumb...

Let's see...all guns are taken from law abiding citizens? Gotta assume that it will be open season for every criminal in America.........dumb

- jimbo83

I've seen 18 year old kids that are light years more mature than 35 year olds.....
Just saying.

ok, but, a 17 year old can't get into see Pulp Fiction without his mother, yet can go into a gun shop in Florida and walk out with an AR-15

there's nothing wrong with that?

Go say that to those friends and family members down in Florida. It's far too easy to get a gun.

My argument about 1776 weapons being not the same as weapons of 2018? Ok, I should have asked to be banned longer. I knew it.

I want to do two things:

1. Make the process required to purchase a gun much more stringent, so that we are more likely to weed out people with ill intentions.

2. Ban certain weapons and accompanying accessories that are capable of inflicting mass casualties in a short period of time that really have no other purpose other than killing feral pigs (something I've learned). Lol

There is also a ton of other poop that goes into this, but you need to start somewhere.

I don't think that extreme is necessary but it has been pretty successful in Australia, and that is country literally founded by criminals.

I've seen 17 year olds that are more mature than I was at 22 (Physically and mentally LOL)

Do I need to keep going?
Age does not in ANY way measure ones mental stability or maturity
Arbitrary age restrictions don't fix things.

How about mandatory firearm saftey classes? I'm all for it
Let's go down that road. Let someone exhibit / prove / display proper ability and maturity through some sort of class / exam? I'm all for it

Japan has a really strict process. It includes a psych test or something like that.

I think you would be hard pressed to find ONE legal and responsible gun owner who does not agree with this

As for point #2... there is a lot of middle America that live in different conditions than some of us who live in cities. If I lived in the woods, and might be subject to attack from wild animals or had no protection around me like a readily available police force a few minutes away... I'd want as much firepower as I could have for that once instance were I might need it.

I am shocked and pissed. I thought the Holden deal was the beginning of everything about to happen. Now nothing...then game time tomorrow. Why risk these guys in a game with guys like Gallagher and Shaw on the other team skating around with nothing to lose? Figured four days off would have been the time to make the deals.

Nashville bringing Tolvanen after the olympic ends sucks. Good for them but bad for the Rangers. So it looks they'll keep Fabbro too.

So that leaves limited landing spots for Nash.

Crazy gun people? There's are millions of responsible, legal gun owners in this country who's guns don't kill a single person.
- nyrangers9479

OK..if your ok with changing SOME gun laws your not a crazy a gun person, if your not ok with it...yea, your pretty damn crazy cray

No one wants to take away law abiding citizens guns.

Can we restrict guns to be able to shoot off 100 rds in a matter of seconds? Or is that to much to ask for? Sure would be nice if the NRA endorsed that
