from what I see in Glenny, he is a great faceoff man, is not a liability defensively.

He won't give you anything offensively, not that getting 25% OFF zone starts helps. But for 1.8 million you shouldn't expect anything over what he does.

If they get him, it's simply a trade for Babs, the fans shouldn't care either way. It dosnt hurt our team, it dosnt help us a whole lot.

yeah. just some house cleaning so they're not scrambling on the deadline day to clear up contracts/cap space.

i think they have a lot of irons in the fire and will pull the trigger on a fair deal, if one or more comes up. i don't think they're like the burke regime that sets its sites on a player and will pay any cost to get him.

Milan lucic when he was with Boston played way more physical as he was much younger. Then in LA you could already see he was being weaned from the breast(declining physical play) charellie signed him thinking by putting him with mcdavid he’d have a resurgence in physical play. Unfortunately he is in decline at $6mil per. Maroon also in same boat. The physicallity the oilers thought they’d have was like a slow leak in a truck tire (18 wheeler) which is now going off the road in Oiler land. Glendening I believe is a more physical player great on face offs etc but that’s about it.
