Interesting, don't remember him playing for the leafs, I will have to look it up
- DrunkenCanuck

He never played for the Leafs, they just acquired his rights and never signed him. He's spent the last 5 years in the KHL and he's put up better numbers than Komarov ever did, he's a bigger player, same kind of grinder but can score goals too. Put up good numbers in the AHL. Just never really got a fair shot at the NHL.

But just think, we'll get to read the female dogfest that will follow should (when) the leafs keep him for the playoff run

So, Ive heard this from a few folks, and now on the TV. Leafs might target Mike Green. Thoughts?
- mel_vin

Not a need to be honest. We have Rielly, Gardiner and Dermott as our puck movers. We need someone that can do what Hainsey does and is right-handed

Makes you wonder why they employed guys like Spaling, Santorelli, Steckel, Shojestrom, Walin, Brunstrom etc but never gave a guy like him a chance

Once upon a time, McLaren, Orr, Phaneuf, Mike Brown and Mark Fraser all played together, at the same time on the same team. Holy (frank).

They're gonna be exhausted come playoffs. So many games packed in close together to end the season.

Bobby Lou has always played well against Toronto. I think secretly, he always wanted to be a Maple Leaf.

That would be ideal. Leafs play a tired, beat up Boston team in round 1.
