The habs have no can't miss prospects in the system. No guys to look forward to.

Yet these teams that are challenging year in and year out with low draft picks seem to always find guys in the late 1st and 2nd rounds. Look at St Louis. Thomas and Kyrou. I would love to get them for Pacioretty

What is so fun about the montreal tank is that it was in a year that they were building for a serious playoff run and were in win now mode. Most teams trade away the farm before that happens. Gotta say it has been fun to watch.

Welcome to the wonderful world of the past 5 years new jersey devils. The only thing that saved the devils was FINALLY poop canning lamerillo and conte. There decade long drafting of only players from the swedish not so elite league set them back a decade. Thank god shero came in and cleaned house. Montreal needs to do the same thing, sometimes addition by subtraction does work!!
