UPDATE: The Detroit #RedWings have traded G Petr Mrazek to the Philadelphia Flyers for a conditional 4th round pick in the 2018 NHL Entry Draft and a conditional 3rd round pick in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft.

I know the market for goalies is usually pretty lukewarm at best, but PHI was in tight here.

DET guaranteed no less than a 4th round for Mrazek. If PHI makes playoffs and Mrazek wins 5 games for PHI in reg season, 4th becomes a 3rd. If PHI advances to CF, and Mrazek wins six playoff games, the 3rd becomes a 2nd. If PHI re-signs him next season, DET gets PHI 3rd in 19.

Canucks don't want Kapanen, not because isn't good. It's because they are loaded on the wings with prospects. I have a feeling they want Liljegren or Dermott, 1st in 18 and Leivo. So, please don't do it.
