You meant to say there, "in the last 10", I hope. That's unless I missed catching games 61 to 82 somehow.
Without looking, everyone at least knows that Arizona and Buffalo are at the very bottom for the season.

I really do think it would cost something like that ya.. comparing the talent level in the top 4 and the rest of the 1st round is pretty big to me.. but thats just me

IMO, if I can a player like draft Bouchard or Boquist at No. 7, I am not sure I give up another first round pick to move up to four to get Tkachuck. I don't think it's worth it.

Ya it’s all dependent on what teams want, some might want the extra pick. I think the Rangers need top end/elite talent AND more picks. I would trade up though into the top 4.

I don't know enough about the other guys. My reasons for Tkachuk are he is skilled, a center, and has a bit of asshole in him. While I would also love to move up, I don't see it happening, unless a team needs a d man bad and McDonagh does't go before the deadline. Maybe then there can be some kind of package

I think Matt was a bit better offensively at the same age. Matt is a bit of a pain in the ass too. Definitely runs in the family.

Many here are failing to realize that it takes 2 teams ( at least ) in any trade. You keep speculating on trading into top 4 like the other team is just going to fawn over a couple of first rounders from us so WE can draft a superstar.
Not realistic at all....
