When players like Holden/Kempney are getting back 3rds, I'm guessing any dman capable of playing 18-20 mins per night has decent value at this point.

The way the contract is structured makes it seem like they'd be open to moving him in year 3, unless they want to re-sign him again.

I'm cool with stopgaps, but this team needs extra draft picks. I'd much rather have an extra 2nd rounder in this draft and then go out and sign a stopgap bottom pairing vet dman this summer, even if it's an older guy.
