I'm actually shocked he made the deal. He needed to do something, I figured he would do a lesser move. Not upset Neuvirth is probably done as a Flyer at the end of the year.

Given whats out there, you couldnt ask for much more than this deal.

If Mrazek plays well down the stretch (and hopefully into the PO's), perhaps they try to move Elliott, who would probably be easier to move, and keep Neuvy as a backup.

Mrazek is a consistent goalie much like Elliot. Not elite but solid. Neuvy can be better than Elliot and mrazek when he's on but worse than Ray emery's last season when he's off. Eagles traded for reported locker room problem Ajayi and he was awesome. All depends how he does here.
