I'm assuming you don't watch a lot of hockey especially not Flyers hockey. As recently as Friday night we won a tight 2-1 overtime game vs a hot high flying offense in Columbus. Today was a wide open game and we beat you at it with Lundquist your HOF goalie getting outplayed by a rookie. I also don't feel bad comparing our youth who we developed and are excelling verse the rangers charmin soft defense that they neglected and decided they could fix with big signings of mediocre defensive players like shattenkirk.

I was all aboard the "Lehtera's been God-awful" train recently, and still am, but 2 goals from the 4th line today was huge. Maybe we just need to keep talking trash?? idk

The Rangers played a good game those first 2 periods but if we can't beat that team missing four of it's best players, that's a whole nother level of snakebitten. They had almost nothing left after the 2nd. Feels good to beat the Rags. I know that much.

It may take a year maybe two but nowhere near 10 so good luck trying to make the playoffs for the first time in a while the eagles win their first super bowl and the flyers might make the playoffs nice

Reading news about the deadline it sounds like a lot of teams are over valuing players and not enough teams biting on the costs. There are going to be several teams who sell UFA at the deadline for much less than they expect. I would ride Lyons out until price goes down on some these guys.
