Apparently Matthews and nylander set up two hockey nets on ice approximately 1 foot apart and fire pucks into that 1 foot opening one after another and keep their aim on that opening. Not surprised by his great accuracy.

Coaches will always value players they trust. They value players differently than fans do. Lou has to walk a fine line here.

He played pretty good as the 4c in the exhibition. I'd be willing to give him another shot. Honestly Moore is gonna do what he do regardless of if he sits for 10 games or not at this point in his career.

I don't see the motivation of the Wings trading Glenny for a 4th. Why? He's about to turn 29. Not 39. He's a very good 4th line centre (who can also play wing) under contract for 3 more years. He's a good shutdown guy/penalty killer who is good on faceoffs. It's not his fault that his team stinks.

Why am I trading this guy for a pick which in all likelihood will be a player who will never play in the NHL? Why are the Wings doing the Leafs a favour? Babs doesn't work for the Wings anymore.
