Flyers really circled the wagons around Lyon after he gave up that goal. Nice win for the team and for Alex especially. He stepped into a tough situation and stood (for the most part) tall earning a must needed two points.

For the most part those BJ games have been close

I love all of the intangibles and the pp goals that Simmonds brings, but he is just not a possession player (eye test - haven't looked at the fancy stats). Whenever the puck touches his stick, it seems as though 95+% of the time it is a turnover, deflection or shot. I am torn.
