A few years ago he had a really productive end of the year and showed some skills and potential and that was when he had to play in the top 6 due to injuries. I haven't watched the games this year but his stats look bad and the last few years has seen a drop off from then.

That was under Ted Nolan iirc. He got Zemgus to look like an all-star that year.

There's very few players on this team who can snipe. Whipping boy ROR is one of them. Obviously Jack. But all of skunk's goals are garbage or deflections/rebounds.

Idk who else can snipe. Maybe Kane once in a while but he usually takes the same exact shot over and over: High as possible and 90% of the time whips around the boards and out of the zone.

When a team comes and has 4 scouts look at a team in two games like the Jets have done, I doubt they are looking at a #6, 7, or 8 D or a 4th line forward where they give up a 5th round pick. I think they are looking to make a substantial deal, but that's just me.

Reiterating some info I heard regarding the Sabres. I heard they are interested in Julius Honka (89 mentioned this last week). In regards to the talks with Philly I heard the talks were surrounded around Lehner and Reinhart going the other way but I didn’t hear any names that would have been coming back. Odds are nothing big happens and it’s Lehner moving to one of the Flyers, Flames, Isles, Jets.

Pad those save pct stats, Robin! Get us a better return!
